Purpose and area of application

   Materials on the base of phosphate glue compositions are intended for application in conditions, when it is necessary to provide stability to heating and thermal cycling up to 1600o C. They can be applied in metallurgy, manufacture of refractories, glasses, ceramics, building materials, space-rocket equipment.

To these materials refer the following ones:

  • heat isolating and fireproof coatings,
  • glue compositions for splicing of metals, ceramics, glass, wood, graphite,
  • fire-resistant materials: linings, concrete, cements, mortars,
  • composite materials, including textolites,
  • unfired ceramics,
  • paints,
  • compounds
  • There were developed lining materials, fire-resistant masses, high-temperature glue composition. Some of the developed structures are successfully used in the units of rocket-space systems "Energy-Buran".

       The specific field of application of these materials, conditions of their operation, achievement of the certain physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics are determined by structure and parity of the basic components: binding and filler. So depending on the filler it can be radio-transparent or radio-absorbent materials, dielectrics or conductors, heat-conducting or heat-isolating materials.

    Advantages

  • Materials have the next properties: the lowered induration temperature (up to the room temperature), high adhesion to ceramics, metals, glass, wood. They have water resistance, steadiness against aggressive mediums, non-toxic and ecologically safe;
  • Manufacture of these materials is wasteless and does not requires the complex equipment, can be organized at any enterprise of building industry.
  • Form of cooperation

    Organization of small-scale manufacture, sale of materials.
