Motion control system ensures simultaneous control of 4 rotary stepping or linear stepping motors.
The block is fulfilled in Euromecanic style and in base variant is intended for microstep control of drives with a resolution up to 1600 microsteps per revolution. The phase currents are programmable up to 3A. Host computer interface is serial RS232/422/485.
The motion controller is based on ADSP2181 Analog Devices DSP and operates up to 8 stepping axis with timing separation. Controller has a wonderful possibilities in real time input/output signal processing. The advanced high level motion language together with the programmed commands buffer considerably makes it easy technological movements description for any customer.
Applying optionally accessible power drivers with deep microstepping, this motion control system makes it easy effective problem solving of a precision technological equipment.
