Details of construction

The tool provides practically 100% production output and represents two metal disks with taper working diamond surfaces. The movement of workpieces is provided by compressed air. Additional technological equipment is not required. The apparatus for balls finishing represents a rectangular base with the guides securing the clamping elements of bushings with special shape openings for ball-shaped workpieces. The apparatus together with balls executes a return-rotary motion along the face plate of a machine tool with vertical spindle while working.
