Purpose and area of application

   Mesh cloth "Viteks" are intended for closing of defects of soft tissues: posttraumatic, postoperative, hernia etc. Defects up to 15 sm in diameter are closes with usage of local and moved tissues in combination with polyacaproamide implant "Viteks-C". Defects from 16 up to 20 sm are closes with usage of except the local and moved tissues the implants from polypropylene "Viteks-P" or from a combination of polypropylene and polycaproamide "Viteks-PC". Defects bigger in diameter than 21 sm are closed with usage autograft, allo- and xeno-implantates by strengthening them by polypropylene implant "Viteks-P".

Description

   Mesh cloth (implants) "Viteks" are produced from polypropylene mono-threads ("Viteks-P"), polycaproamide mono-threads ("Viteks-C"), or their combinations ("Viteks-PC"), unpainted or painted in different color.

   Mesh cloth (implants) have steady buttonhole structure, are not showered on edges at cutting up, do not twist and are easily modeled in a wound.

   Mesh cloth "Viteks" are produced as non-sterile napkins of 200x200 and 300x300 mm, packed in polyethylene packages in amount multiple to five. Sterilization "Viteks-P", "Viteks-C" and "Viteks-PC" is carried out by steam method according to standard 422-21-2-85 at pressure of pair 0,11+0,02 MPa, temperature of 120° + 2°C and duration of 45+3 min. Storage of the sterilized implants in ethyl spirit is supposed. Cloth "Viteks" have passed clinical tests in the Third Clinical Hospital, in Surgical Clinic N-2 in Minsk, as well as in Center of Small-Invasion Surgery in Vitebsk.
