Design features

• It is a rapid and easy method of elastomers thermoplastic compositions processing in comparison with typical elastomers.
• The compositions combine the hardest typical rubber and impact-resistant plastics properties and have good weldability.

Technical characteristics

The proposed elastomeric thermoplastic compositions possess properties of different types of rubbers and elastomers:

• elasticity (like as rubbers: natural, butadiene-styrene, polyizoprene, ethylenepropilene, polychloroprene, silicone); 
• resistance to solvents (like as rubbers: nitriles, hydrated nitriles, chlorsulphopolyethylene, acrylate); 
• resistance to heat and oxidation exposure (like as rubbers: ethylene-propilene, silicone, acrylate, fluorine rubbers);
• chemical inertness (like as rubbers: hydrofluorinated and fluorine-silicone);
• resistance to attrition, stiffness, resistance to residual deformation and residual deformation after compression (like all types of vulcanized elastomers practically);
• stability to deformation under high temperature (like all kinds of vulcanized rubbers practically).
