Purpose and area of application

1. Manufacturing concrete and ferro-concrete constructions of various application, including stressed concrete.
2. Manufacturing constructions from concrete B40 and higher on usual cements at moderate charges.
3. Manufacturing of the products intended for operation in corrosive and aggressive mediums.

Description

   The complex additive "Dexil" includes silicon-containing substance processed by a mix of humus substances and mineral salts at restriction of the contents of the last. The complex is a liquid of light brown color with presence of a smell of ammonia at processing by the compressed air. The product is low-toxic. Solutions are fire-safe and blast-proof.

The complex additive "Dexil" is applied in concretes for:
-manufacturing high-strength concretes;
-manufacturing concrete with increased requirements on water- and gas-permeability, frost and corrosion resistance;
-reduction of time of thermal processing;
-reduction of consumption of cements.

Way of application

   The complex additive is prepared by mixing two components dissolved in 0.5 parts of water used for tempering a concrete mixture. Mixing is made at intensive mixing with the help of compressed air. The recommended dosage is 0,4-1,0% cement mass of silicon containing substance and 0,2-0,6% of cement mass of a humus substances mix. The application of blast-furnace cements and cements containing plasticizing, waterproofing and waterproofing-plasticizing substances is not supposed.

   The complex additive "Dexil" is more effective at manufacturing the concrete intended for operation in corrosive and aggressive mediums containing sulfates and chlorides.
