Purpose and area of application

   Manufacturing of new machine units and repairing damaged and worn-out surfaces by the creation of layers at metal ion deposition from the solutions. Applications include different equipment, chemical, machining and metallurgical apparatuses, transport machines, medical equipment and instruments, etc.

Advantages

  • Low energy consumption;
  • Absence of any limitations on weight and sizes of machine units;
  • High operational properties;
  • Absence of damages at deposition
  • Description of working process

       Method of ion recovery of metallic surfaces is based on the ability of metal ions to be deposited and neutralized onto defect surface. The ions have been accelerated by the electric pair “anode-cathode” and intermediate electrode. During a deposition the metal ions build regular atomic layers that form the working layer of given thickness. The combination of low voltage in working process, increased voltage on the intermediate electrode and high current provides the receiving of deposited layers with given properties.
