Purpose and area of application

Spectral analysis is applied

   In metallurgy (including secondary one) for:
- analysis of elemental composition of primary raw materials, including junk and industrial wastes of all degrees of dockage and complexity, ferroalloys,  analysis of chemical composition intermediate products on different stages of technology process;
- analysis of chemical composition of slag, slime, dross, used catalyzers, wastes of galvanic production;
- verification of standard conformance of ready products.

   In mechanical engineering and science of materials for:
- quality control of composition of metal, ceramic, composite materials, including standard conformance;
- makeup of layers and coatings;
- makeup of the corrosion sediment products.

   In building, glass and cement industry for:
- quality control of metal and non metal building materials;
- analysis of composition of sand, dolomite, glass breakage, glass production;
- compositional analysis of limestone, clay, raw mix, clinker and cement for admixture containing.

Technical characteristics

Range of defining elements: from11Na to92U.
Types of samples: fluids, solid, powders, filters, layers, complicated systems, wire.
Used devices:
Roentgen fluorescent spectrometer "SPECTROSCAN MAKS-GV";
"EMAS-200DM" - multichannel atomic-emission spectrometer.

We offer carried out of analysis and preparation of samples:

 -Preparation of powdered samples for spectral analysis: preliminary desintegration, grinding, drying, mixing powdered materials, sample pressing.
- Preparation of samples of cast or compact ceramic material for spectral analysis: cutting of samples of needed size, preparation of the surface of samples for the analysis.
