Purpose and area of application

The screw presses are intended for manufacturing profile-moulded strip products from the materials consisting of a mix of vegetative particles with thermal plastic binding agents.

They are applied in manufacture of plinths, hand-rail, platbands, dressing strips in building industry; manufacture of lengthy anti-frictional cover strap in mashinery.

Characteristics

- Productivity - up to 45 kg/h.
- Used raw material: wood particles (saw dust, shaving, dust) and other vegetative fibers in a mix with thermoplastics (polyvinylchloride, polyethylene, polypropylene).
- The contents of wood particles is up to 70 % of volume. The usage of secondary thermoplastics is possible.
