Purpose and area of application
Flexible manufacturing system is intended for refacing and hardening of high-wear machine units. It is used a diffusion alloying (doping) of fusing powders.
The system can be applied in conditions of repair departments and workshops of machine-building enterprises.

- it allows to realize a full cycle of restoration and hardening of machine units, including manufacturing the powders required for fusing;
- opportunity of usage of metal chips as raw material for a powder (including chips of grey cast iron);

- significant reduction of expenses for restoration due to usage of own raw material;
- improvement of a coating quality due to usage of a special powder.
