Purpose and area of application
Ultrasonic desktop machine (model 3435) is intended for grinding, finishing, faceting of semiprecious and precious stones, as well as diamond-abrasive processing the products from difficult processed materials, including hard, super-hard, viscous and fragile materials.
Advantages:
- productivity of processing raises on 25-30 %;
- cutting forces reduces in 1,5-2 times, that reduces probability of occurrence of chips at processing fragile materials and tear at processing viscous ones;
- quality of the processed surfaces raises due to reduction in their roughness on 15-20 %.
