Purpose and area of application

   The system of water purification include developed filter elements on the base of silica and is intended for water purification from the majority of hard and colloid particles, salts of heavy metals (copper, mercury, cadmium, chromium, nickel, zinc, arsenic, manganese, etc.) and any microorganisms.

   The most perspective area of application is equipping of again built and reconstructed apartments by filters of additional cleaning of potable water.

Technical description

   The developed filters are based on optimal variant of purification, which is simulated by nature, where inorganic membranes are the natural cleaners. The membranous water purifiers surpass all types of similar devices on efficiency and resource. The filter elements of the developed devices are created on the base of multilayered silica ceramics.

The device is set directly into a water supply system, before entrance in an apartment, and clean water comes to the consumer on all devices of water selection in an apartment (including in a bath and toilet). The filters of additional cleaning by productivity of 0,1 m3 /hour (sufficient for maintenance with clean water of a three-room apartment) consist of the case 4, collector 2, filter cartridge 3, target socket 1 and entrance socket 5.

In the table are given the dimensions of filters by productivity up to 20 m3/hour.

For organization of the working manufacture of 10000 filters in a year is necessary to organize an industrial workshop. The common area of it is 100 - 150 m2. Capital investments on purchase of the process equipment will be up to USD 140 000. All raw materials for manufactur-ing filter elements are available in the Republic of Belarus.
