Design features
The basis for the sensor is optical raster mating, design of which allows to form two or more quadrature harmonic signals of given accuracy and built-in electronic unit for the obtaining of angular misalignment in position of two objects or their rates.
It’s distinguished by high parameter stability, possibility of realization in unified design of “rough” and “fine” readings and tachogenerator.
