Our proposals:

grinding disks (Standard 2424-83),
grinding heads (Standard 2447-82),
and technology of their manufacture.

Purpose:

Abrasive tool is intended for processing internal holes and external difficult of access surfaces of metals and nonmetallic materials.

Specifications of production:

  • Abrasive grit: 10-80;
  • Hardness: M2 … T3;
  • Structure: 6,7;
  • Size of produced heads - from 3 up to 40 mm in diameter, and from 6 up to 40 mm in length.
  • It is characterized by high stability and high quality of surface processing. This tool yields to no foreign analogues in working ability.
  • Advantages:

    Manufacturing and delivery of the abrasive tool, transfer of technology on a license basis, help in implementation.

    Conic part in a fixing hole also provides improvement of quality and consumer properties of grinding heads.

    Advantages of the developed technology consist in use of secondary abrasive grain, which cost is 2-4 times below the cost of new abrasive grain, and also in application of the lower temperature ceramic bonding that reduces power inputs within grinding tool manufacture and provides high cutting properties.
