Purpose and area of application

   Germetization of the shaft outlet from the pump cases for pumping oil and oil products. They can also be used in pumps for pumping of water.

Technical characteristics

• Pressure of compressed medium, МPa:
  • - by operation of the pump - up to 5,0
  • - without rotating of the shaft - up to 10,0
• Frequency of the shaft rotation, rev/min= 3000
• Permissible leakage of liquid through the end seal, sm³/h - practically misses.

Shaft end seal for arterial oil pipeline series"НМ"pumps

   The end seal is made as monoblock. Protection from oil blowout into the pumping room, when the main end seal is out of service, is ensured thanks to the reserve hydraulically unloaded contact friction pair. The reserve friction is disclosed if there is small or no leakage through the main end seal. If the main end seal's leakproof is broken and the leakage exceeds allowable values, then reserve pair locks itself and provides the germetization until full stop of pumping unit and throttle closing on pumps inlet and outlet. Pressure sensor integrated in end seal case turns off the pumping unit. The seal is covered by patents.
