Purpose and area of application

Mixing and filling facility is intended for manufacturing from polyurethane (polyurethane foam) compressions of filtering elements for clearing of air, oil, fuel; filters for computer technics, cabins of automobiles, industrial vacuum cleaners and conditioners; ventilating filters for the oil and hydraulic tanks, special and hydraulic filters, filters of thin clearing of aviation fuel.

It can be used for gluing of end plate metal disks with a paper and metallized filtering material; using of glues by manufacture of furniture and joiner's products.

Area of application: mechanical engineering; motor transport; the shoe industry; furniture and wood industry; the building industry.

Manufacture of automobile air filters

COMPOSITION OF THE AMBULANCE IN A BASIC COMPLETE SET:

Two tanks certificated on pressure 0,3 MPa from stainless steel for components by capacity 50 litre with:

• jackets for thermostatic control of components;
• pickups of a minimum level of filling with indication on a console;
• temperature transmitters of components with indication on a console;
• cocks for bleeding tanks;
• emergency pneumatic valves;
• electrically-driven agitator on tank of component A.

Tank certificated on pressure 0,3 MPa from stainless steel for resolvent by capacity 20 litre with:

• emergency pneumatic valve;
• test pressure gauge;
• electrovalve for feeding of resolvent.

Manufacture of automobile air filters

Node of thermostabilisation:

• stainless steel oven with thermal isolation by polyurethane foam;
• the pump of recirculation of heat carrier;
• stainless steel tubular electric heater by power of 2 kw;
• temperature transmitter;
• heat carrier level sensor.

The dosing node:

• two specialized gear-type pumps with a separate driving from electric motors;
• velocity sensors of rotating on shafts of pumps;
• two electrocontact pressure gauges with membrane separators in a line of a components supply;
• package of connective fluoroplastic hose pipes;
• capacity: 2,5-8 g/sec; 7,5-25 g/sec; 25-55 g/sec.

Mixing and doserdevice with driving from three-phase motor with belt transmission and stepped control of rotor rotation rate from 3000 up to 11000 rev/min consists from:

• body with induction valves and driving from a pneumatic power cylinder;
• node of automatic washover of mixing camera by resolvent with air flushing;
• end seal of the mixing device shaft;
• the mixing camera and curl.

Control desk with:

• microprocessor system of control and software;
• the liquid-crystal display for pars image of plant operation;
• the film keyboard for setting of operation parameters;
• light and acoustical indication of basic processe variables;
• the toggle of conditions «manual - automatic», push button « manual washover », push button « emergency cutting off »;
• toe treadle for distance control by cycle of a FILLING.
