Application
Isothermal storage tanks and truck tanks are intended for transportation and storage of liquid foodstuff such as milk, beer, wine and spirituous products, etc.; as well as melts like bitumens, naphthalene, sulfur, pitch, etc.; liquefied gases as carbonic acid, ammonia, methane, nitrogen, etc. in a temperature range -200.. +150°C.

Design
An isothermal tank is a product of the cylindrical or elliptic shape that consists of one, two or three internal vessels connected rigidly with one another and arranged in a common protective shell. The tank inter-wall space is filled with a heat-insulating material based on polyurethane foam. The tanks are made of stainless steel, the metal surfaces and welded seams are specially treated.
The low-temperature tank has a monolithic thermal isolation made of polyurethane foam with a layer thickness of 100 to 200 mm.
The medium-temperature tank has a monolithic thermal isolation made of polyurethane foam with a layer thickness up to 50 mm.
The framework provides high rigidity of the tank without forming thermal bridging contacts.
Isothermal tanks with polyurethane foam insulation provide temperature change of a product within 24 hours no more than 5-10°C at the temperature gradient of 100°C and thus meet to the requirements of the current standards.
