Purpose

Modelling of industrial technological processes, modelling of industrial equipment working.

Short characteristic of the software

"ProLit"

a computer system for modelling of running of melting in constructional elements of sprue-fed systems and forms. It defines a three-dimensional field of speeds and temperatures in industrial constructional elements.

"ProTherm"

A computer system for modelling of heat treatment of details. It defines voltage and estimates the process of formation of cracks in detail, which drives the heat handling in industrial furnaces.

"ProNRS"

A computer system for modelling of processes of steady steel casting and receiving of ingots in industrial conditions.

"ProVent"

A computer system for modelling of processes of convection and condition of air in habitable and industrial places.

"ProChem"

A computer system for modelling of processes of reactants blending in a chemical reactor.

The laboratory of computer simulation conducts continuously the operations on spreading of possibilities of operational use of developing computer systems. The computer systems are developed on base of own mathematical core using equations the Navies - Stokes, heat conduction equations, equations of energy, equations of continuities etc., and also cell-automatic rules constructed with allowance of a physical features of manufacturing method. The software products are oriented on substantial industrial techniques. A part of the projects are in a last stage of engineering.
