Application

"ProLit" models processes running in a three-dimensional pouringly-fed system and casting in form of profits, refrigerators and other elements with allowance of entering thermo-physical properties of form and metal. "ProLit" allows to receive three-dimensional fields of speeds, temperatures, pressures (porosity, misruns, etc.) of metal in pouringly-fed system and to optimize a manufacturing method of mould pieces creation with the purpose of wastes lowering.

With help of "ProLit" you can watch:

  • problems of a used manufacturing method (rendition of "pain" points of a manufacturing method and recommendation for a lowering of wastes);
  • problems of a developed manufacturing method on a design stage (it will allow to save considerably time and money to operational development of technological fitting-out and "to see" defects at the stage of projection);
  • problems and alternatives of essentially new technological solutions, which are at the stage of discussion.
