Purpose and area of application Device is applied for immediate vibration measurements of rotary mechanisms. Application does not require any special user’s qualification. The system is very efficient for vibration parameters periodic control of auxiliary equipment for turbounits or other mechanisms in cases if application of stationary continuous vibrocontrol is disadvantageous.
The system consists of:
- Primary detector converting vibration mechanical oscillations into electrical voltage signals and connectable to the measuring module;
- Measuring module converting electrical signals into digital, signals processing by specific algorithms and displaying measurements results on an active indication board;
- Charging unit for storage batteries of measuring module power source.
The primary detector is magnetically mounted on the metallic parts of controllable mechanisms.
The construction of primary detectors allows its applications in a wide temperature range under high humidity. The measuring module is manufactured in a case made of special alloys of increased strength and is resistant to mechanical and thermal impacts during operation.
