There are usually used the light valves (photocells) for positioning of stripes. On-stream there is a pollution of conveyor belts. As a result the set sensor (the sensor of color) ceases during exploitation to find out the positioned stripes. In due course the wear products pollute the conveyor belt so, that a sensor, which identifies the measurement object through the belt, does not give the signals of sufficient level.
It is necessary to supply the equipment with a system of sensors, which would provide the reliable and precise positioning also at the pollution of the conveyor belt. At the same time the first sensor is used for change of speed of the belt and second sensor is used for positioning.
Specifications: Accuracy of positioning - + /- 5 mm; Tape speed of the transporter - 25 m/min - 2.5 m/min (reduction); Spacing interval between stripes from the cord - 300 mm; Altitude of stripes - from 0.7 up to 4 mm; Heaving oscillations of the conveyor belt + /- 1 mm.
